Thabo Ignatius Lekama - Pr Techni
Thabo has over 10 years of experience in construction management and supervision and has attained B-Tech in Transportation Engineering. This includes monitoring and quality control, rehabilitation and upgrading of road construction projects. Ensuring successful project delivery through the delivery of contracts in a safe manner, on time, within budget and to the agreed levels of quality. Improving site administration through development of reporting formats. Management of budgets, implementation of Engineer’s quality assurance and quality control plan. Project & contract management, material management, risk management and NEC, FIDIC, JBCC & GCC contracts knowledge. Adjudicating claims and extension of time. Management of the site laboratory and technical staff.
Ciskie Edith Lekama
Ciskie Lekama has over 7 years of experience as a Biomedical Technologist with a certificate in Total Quality Management. Her experience includes efficient running and processing of laboratory tests, managing data that is required for the efficient functioning and smooth running of the laboratory, ensuring quality service to customers and suppliers, maintaining laboratory equipment, verifying and reporting results, and identifying and solving technical and conceptual problems.
